(July 19, 2019, 7:33 pm)Very inexperienced staffs and does not care about their patients well being whatsoever. My mother got discharge and the hospital transferred the documents to them and she is under a special program where she did not have to pay. The pharmacy refused to help out and made my mom pay the full amount on the spot. Since my mother needed her medication the same day we had to pay the amount and now figure out how to get reimburse by pharmacare. I even got the hospital to call back and explain but they refused. Also, the pharmacist said the prescription would take 2 hours, they took 4 hours to do it!
I called them back and Joy was amazing she helped out and went beyond. Definitely changed my rating from a 1 to a 4. -

(May 1, 2019, 7:39 pm)Why is there a security guard at this location? Even on a Sunday afternoon?? Not a nice feeling being watched while I shop. Aren't the old fashioned security cameras good enough anymore?
