We met Arthur at an open house and he got us set up on his auto notification listing service and was thorough and timely in his responses during the initial “browsing” process of house hunting. When we were ready to start looking, Arthur and Lisa took us to see a variety of properties. They were very knowledgeable and really helped us narrow down exactly what it was that we were looking for. It is very evident that they have a firm understanding of current market conditions and they were very honest with each property. They were able to point out things that we wouldn’t have thought about and gave honest advice about their professional opinions with respect to resale value, etc of each property.
