When I finally decided it was time to sell I contacted them. I had a realtor a long time ago but I'm Scottish and was curious about this commission discount offered. Rick came out and explained the deal and it made sense to me. And because I purchased as well, I received an extra rebate of $1000 a week after I moved in. I highly recommend !
