(August 28, 2019, 4:36 am)Great selection of items and beautiful store! Have to agree with previous reviews though that it has an intensely unfriendly vibe. I actually decided to spend my money elsewhere today when I heard how sharp the manager/ supervisor was with one of the employees. Too bad really. I just can’t support that kind of atmosphere.

(August 18, 2019, 1:21 am)I don’t normally review stores but I happened to read some negative reviews of Bella and Wren that, as a regular customer, describe an experience that is shockingly different than anything I have ever experienced.
I have been a regular customer since it opened and it is my favourite women’s clothing store in the Lower Mainland. I just have to say that my own experience over the years has been that it has consistently helpful, friendly and polite staff. I was shocked to read a reference to the “rude red head” because she isn’t rude, she’s professional, helpful and one of the main reasons that it is my favourite store - she is fantastic.
Another reason that I think Bella and Wren deserves a 5 star rating is that they have great options for all shapes, sizes, ages, occasions and budgets. Anyone can shop there and find something beautiful.

Not sure what the change room situation was like because I decided not to bother trying anything on after seeing the price points. Beautiful clothes, but you've got to truly have some money to burn if you want to buy here.
