  I always feel so lucky to have Umbracity near me all the time :) I had an issue on returning the umbrella few weeks ago. Umbracity responded quickly and solved my problem very well. Even their customer service was nice.

  Every UBC employee and student should sign up for the free account with Umbracity. There umbrellas have saved me from a very wet walk across campus many times. I just sign out the umbrella in the morning and return it the next morning - and then sign out another!

  What a great idea! I was in Vancouver and not prepared for rain and the umbrella saved me. Allowed me to continue with my romantic weekend without worry or buying an umbrella I didn’t need
