  Feeling better after practicing exercises.
  
  This was our first visit. Physiotherapist Sheena did my intake and I feel in good hands. We were referred from a professional practitioner and that means a great deal to us. Will keep you posted during our appointments and outcomes. Of course it is a team work .
  
  We have been treated by Sheena. She has offered consistent professional physic therapies. One has to keep practicing the excercises she teaches in order to see improvement. Her techniques are different than other PTs we have seen. We are still attending her practice and hope to finish with the same opinion or better.

  Rob has been the physiotherapist for my wife and I the past several years. He has been able to help me through all the sports and occupational related injuries to get me back on track without causing much pain like my previous did!

  Have been attending and seeing Sheena. I initially chose this place because it was the first in the area in which I live to a) respond back and, b) give good customer services: attentive to my needs, schedule, and able to keep a positive relationship going in regards to health and future appointments! Also they have an online tool for scheduling which helps immensely for planning when you're a busy person. What more do you want after a car accident where initially troubles in getting back to health are generally difficult - for me just great customer service and helpful/good people, which this location has. To top it off the physiotherapist is the kind, honest, and it has been such a great experience to see her while on my road to healing. Overall this is a great place to choose for physiotherapy, and I would suggest this space for whatever your needs are!

  I started physio appointments with Rob when this location of the clinic first opened about a month ago. I've seen a number of physiotherapists over time and the things that strike me about how Rob approaches his practice is that he is methodical and deliberate about determining the root of the cause. He is good about asking what I've done with previous physio treatments, and what correlates with my pain/activity disruption. He takes the time to tell me what he's doing and how it interacts with the other muscle groups/areas around and what I might expect in the coming days as a result of today's exercises/treament. His care is evident, and his experience is palpable. He is tuned in to hear what is likely to work for me, and which things may not be as feasible when it comes to exercises and other "homework." 10/10 would recommend. The clinic has really flexible hours too, which is much appreciated.

  Physioworks is different from other clinics I've been to before. Your physiotherapist is with you for the entire session instead of bouncing between you and other patients. I recommend it to everyone! Caroline and Rob are the best and have definitely helped with my strengthening and pain.
