  Love the product wish I could actually have a job at the same location my gf works at as having a disability the same as hers makes it hard to find a job

  I have had the filter/pitcher system for over a year. It is a 9.5 no question. I test it regularly with PH Drops. The only complaint I have is that the filter's clock went on both of the jugs. So I can't keep track of when the filter is done, however I do know by the taste usually, I drink a lot of water so I go through filters more than probably most people. However I just run the PH test and I know the filter is done. Something you guys may want to look into, as this has died on me both times. I have tried the water stick as well, its its very good doesn't raise the PH as high as the filter/jug but still comes in at a good alkaline level!

  Everything was great for several years, but my mom and me, we live 350 km away, experienced a severe algae problem. Now, there seems to be something new in the product or something else I don't know. I would be cautious to use this product unless you ask for that specific problem before you buy anything.
  
  Everything is ok now. Santevie was really good at solving this issue and my system is working great as it was before the problem occured.

  This is the best, lightest, most refreshing water I've tasted. As a benefit for our situation, it also does a great job of getting rid of the iron from our well water. So glad we're drinking this everyday!

  Best water filter pitcher I have owned. Filters in less than 60 seconds and large size capacity. A little pricey but worth it. When mine had a defect the company was quick at resolving the issue. Wish they had the filters internationally so I don't have to pack extra filters when I'm away for months
