  Called first and was told that its first come first and to be here before noon. Totally understand that...arrived just before 11:30am and was told that there is only one person fixing tires as everyone else was doing inventory and it may take an hour to an hour and 45 minutes. Then there was a production about who took the call. Just wanted to crawl under a rock because I felt like I had done something wrong. Then the guy behind the counter told everyone that he would have to do this himself and he'd have to stop inventory. I was ready to leave but he took my keys and said cuz I'd driven here all the way from North Delta (honestly only a 15minute drive) that he was going to help me. So I'm in the waiting room, the guy behind the counter has my car (370Z). Guy came back and couldn't find a leak. Told me that with low profile that this could happen with the colder weather. I was outta there by noon. Not a terrible experience but I think it's stressful on staff to have customers and inventory at the same time.
