(March 22, 2019, 5:57 pm)You can tell a lot about how a company treats it's employees by how employees treat their customers. I brought in a 20 year old, 6 man life raft for service or replacement. Each and every member of the staff greeted me warmly as I walked into the warehouse as a valued customer. Peter gave me the honors of deploying my raft (hopefully the only time I will ever need to). He explained to me the technology advances over the past 20 years, between that and the small difference between servicing and buying new I opted for the latter. Trisha in the front office patiently explained my options while waiting for a sales person to become free & ended up processing my order as it looked like there was going to be a bit of a wait - so nice to deal with:-)
I have a high level of confidence that the same consideration & high regard shown to their customers makes it into the mission critical products they produce. -

But I suggest you email , them first so they can prepare your order ahead of time, so you do not have to wait long and you get everything you need from evac packs, food rations, drinking water packs, first aid kits, flashlights, lanterns, and many more things.
