I was a bit apprehensive about meeting a Naturopath but had some ongoing issues with respect to sports injuries and wanted to get some ore information regarding my general health. I went to see her with my mother in law and better half to get some Bowen treatment, and blood testing. The Bowen treatment was very non evasive and shockingly effective, relieving stress, and persistent aches and pains. The feedback from my mother in law and girlfriend was great. As for the blood testing, it was not as great finding out that eggs are on my bad list, but okay knowing I could have them in moderation. Knowing that my other levels were great, and getting good results so that we could make lifestyle changes that make us feel better was a great investment, and we were happy we made that investment with Serena. She is/was a caring and professional, and took the time to provide the care that we were looking for and needed. As easy recommendation!
