  Our experience working with Kyle was a great one. When it came to selling our condo, he marketed it well, priced it right and brought us multiple offers despite the market starting to cool. We were very happy with how he walked us through the process! With purchasing our house, Kyle found great houses to show us and was patient with us as we debated back and forth on what we wanted. He negotiated well on our behalf and had items from the inspection handled quickly. I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone looking to sell or buy a place!

  Being first time home buyers, we really knew nothing about the market! We chose to use Kyle as our realtor and we do not regret it for a second! Kyle made us feel so comfortable, he was very thorough with the millions of questions we had, and he walked us through the process very efficiently! An amazing deal came up, and he worked day and night to make the deal happen for us! We our very happy with our first purchase, and we could not have done it without our hard working realtor Kyle! What we most love about Kyle is he is very dedicated, he is very knowledgeable, he was completely honest with us, he understood what we wanted and didn’t waste our time, and he is very professional.   Kyle did a great job helping us during our purchase. Despite our many specific requirements and restrictions, we were able to find a good property and get a great price. As first time home buyers he made the process of buying the place relatively painless for us. He fought every battle on our behalf and was very helpful in looking into all the details and making sure we were well informed. We plan to use Kyle for our future Home purchases, and you should too!

  Brian and Kyle were awesome to work with. They took what could have been a stressful experience and made us feel comfortable and in control of the outcome. They led with our best interests in mind, and dealt with us in a professional and sincere way. We highly recommend the Lambs and would use the team again in a heartbeat.

  Our house had been on the market for about 2 months with very little action when we decided to make a change and hire Kyle. That was the best decision we may have ever made because boy did he deliver! Within one week (in a buyer’s market), he delivered us 4 offers and we sold it for asking price!!:-). And to knock it even farther out of the park, he was able to immediately lock down a dream property for us to build our future home. Kyle was professional, accessible, and worked very hard to negotiate on both the buying and selling ends. I highly recommend Kyle and the whole Lamb team.
