  We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Our flight was delayed and we were exhausted by the time we got to BC. The staff, however, immediately greeted us and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The cleaning staff was also SO friendly. Ammenities and everything were fine, what you'd expect from a Best Western, but it was the service that was outstanding. We'll definitely stay here again!

  If your looking for a comfortable and relaxing hotel with great staf that are friendly and you can tell they really care about making you comfortable, then you have found the right hotel. It’s clean and well looked after. All the staff say hello as you past by. It’s like your second home. The food in the bistro is very yummy and potions good. I can never finish it all. Overall great experience.

  Pretty decent...prices in Canada seem a little high for all the hotels. This one was clean, some what up dated. Pool area was cool, but a bummer it was only open until 9pm. Location is in an "ok" area of town. Advertising said "Kids stay free". But you should be aware that doesn't mean kids eat free...they would not give us a food voucher for our child. Sit down hot breakfast was nice.

  Stayed here with a sports team group. Kids loved the pool and staff were very patient with a large group of 11 year old boys. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool so we were able to sit there and keep an eye on the boys. Restaurant was good, service friendly. All around a good stay.

  Very dated hotel but the pool area is beautiful. There is no elevator so if you are disabled make sure to book on the first floor.
  
  Beds were very comfortable but smaller.
  
  Room was clean.
  
  Staff were pleasant.
  
  I wasn’t too impressed with the food I received at the restaurant as it was quite expensive for the quality. However the atmosphere was nice. I didn’t try more than one dish so I don’t know how the rest of the food was.
  
  Overall I had a nice stay and would stay here again.
