(April 15, 2019, 5:08 pm)Professional welder. Been using these guys because they are close to my house. But their refill prices are more expensive than anybody else. And their customer service is not that great. I just exchanged a cylinder and it has a company's name on the cylinder. They also charge $6 for Regulatory Compliance fee on top of the $66 to fill up a 125 cylinder. Complete rip-off. They were reluctant to accept a special they had on their website. In this day and age you should know what's on your website.

(March 1, 2019, 7:22 pm)I am very impressed with the service department. I purchased a welder at an auction that was faulty. I brought it to Barry Hamel. Once the technicians looked at it they realized that they had seen the same machine in the shop and it was shot. They helped me provide proof to the auction company that this was the case. Al, the service manager was very helpful. I was able to get a refund thanks to Al and Barry Hamel.
