I had Mo come and do a pre-purchase inspection on a Jeep TJ I was planning on buying. They are very responsive to inquiries and very friendly and approachable. I had looked at a lot of vehicles so I knew it was pretty good, but it did have a couple of issues - oil leaks etc. The report they generated was comprehensive and impartial. I reviewed it and then had several shops quote for the recommended repairs. I then sent it to the seller who then happily accepted my offer, which was significantly reduced from asking price. They were unaware of the problem and could not refute. I am very happy with their service and consider the money well spent, even just for peace of mind. I will definitely use their inspection service on my next used vehicle transaction.

Had a pre-purchase vehicle inspection performed. Convenient to set up and a fairly thorough report was prepared. I expected more and higher resolution photos to be included in the package however as supporting documentation. Also a follow up call would have been nice. Already have picked up on a hopefully minor electrical problem in the day since I made the car purchase, which I think should have reasonably been identified in the inspection. Overall, I would try this service again, but would be more hands on in directing the inspection, or be present for it, which I was unable to be in this instance. Might give them a shot in the future for some actual service work and see how it works out. The convenience is quite attractive.

These folks are awesome. We used their pre-purchase inspection service for used cars, and then got quotes for the recommended repairs. It was super low hassle, and made negotiating prices much easier. Plus they use email to communicate so it's easy to bounce the reports over to your spouse.

Not being mechanical myself, and looking to purchase a used car for my daughter I found the Wrench Patrol! What a great service! I can recommend them enough.
