  Best place for pho I've ever had. Seating is very limited but the wait is definitely worth it. I would come here everyday if I did not live so far.

  Great food but very small place. If your lucky you might get a table right away. Also only serve the Viet subs on certain days.

  Great place for a quick lunch. The food is excellent.
  
  There are not many seats. This is not an ideal eat-in place for groups greater than 4.

  I always order the house special here so I can't comment on anything else, but the house special is probably the best pho I've had in the lower mainland. The noodles taste good (I'm not sure if they are made in house, probably not?), the meat is always good, especially the beef balls. Sometimes they serve the noodles cut up which I don't like, but I'm sure they'll give you long noodles if you ask. The serving for the house special is quite big and it'll leave you full for a while.
  One con would be that the serving size varies depending on which family members are working in the restaurant, but at 10 dollars it's still a great deal.

  Great service. We had the veggie sub and lemongrass chicken. The food was very good, portion sizes were pretty big and prices were very attractive. Great value!
