  Absolutely awesome! Straightforward advice, friendly service, and quick to help out. Diagnosed the problem quickly and laid out all the options. I didn't feel pressured at all when deciding how to proceed, which is very refreshing in the auto repair industry. Bert gave me a top up and didn't charge for it. It's such a relief to have a shop I trust, my last few encounters with other mechanics have been very stressful. If you have any transmission or transfer case needs, TAKE IT HERE. You won't regret it.

  What can I say!? John and Bert are the absolute best!!! I found them by a mechanic friend recommending them to me for transmission work and they are just awesome! They went above and beyond for me troubleshooting cheaper fixes for my BMW transmission so I wouldn't have to get it swapped out. They ultimately did have to swap it out (which is what I originally went there for) but to my surprise they didn't charge me a dime for all the time they spent trying to save me money with the troubleshooting or for diagnosing it and their price for putting in the new transmission was super reasonable and lower than most places. Thank you SO MUCH Pacific Driveline! I wish there were more great honest mechanics like you!

  My family and I have been dealing with this company for years and had nothing but great experiences honest and quality work done. It is very nice to see there are still establishments with this caliber of work ethics and honesty and would not hesitate to recommend anyone I know or anyone reading this review.Great place to bring your car to.

  Bert and John are Awesome! I brought my car in for Limited slip diff. clutches.
  They found no problem and charged me nothing! They wouldn't even take a tip for there time... To cool.

  We didn't actually use John for any work but his kindness helped us a lot. My husband and I broke down on vacation with our dog and us in our van. We went to the Firestone next door for repairs but with the van loaded we had to stay in it overnight to be fixed up in the morning. John very kindly allowed us to plug in for the night so we had heat and power as well as offering us the use of his bathroom facilities and even spare blankets! Genuinely just a great guy and we were extremely grateful for his help.
