  I’m new to Canada and new to Vancouver.. I recently bought a 2003 C230 Konoressor, my dream car from high school lol. It’s beautiful and was in such a great mood to start driving.. until I realized after paying ICBC 2K to get played and registered, I couldn’t get the plates off...I was desperate and no one wanted to help until I called Norwescan. Edward with the oversight of Victoria took the time to make sure the vehicle wasn’t damaged and actually got the plates on. Needed to re drill and tap the bores for the new bolts.. such a hassle but they helped me immensely and for that they have won our business! Immediately made another appointment for a check up later in the month. Such a good feeling to find “Your Mechanics” Thanks for everything!!!

  pleasant, honest, trustworthy, take the time to explain things, will not fix anything without contacting you and getting approval. NO SURPRISE CHARGES ! Hard to find honest hardworking mechanics like Norwescan Motors

  to all you poor souls owning Mercedes and Beamers that no one can fix, rejoice, Victoria is a total GIENIOUS when it comes to repairing them. No computer holds more info then she does. And she also is a super cool person. When no one else can figure it out, go see her. Go see her first and save.

  Victoria and co. did a great job fixing a fault with my b200's transmission. She comes highly recommended for good reason. Rates are very reasonable too!

  Went to get my transmission looked at, which was done by Matt, rather than Victoria. I was skeptical initially, since his first inclination was to adjust the vacuum modulator, but he checked the pressure and vacuum hoses, which were fine, and charged me a VERY reasonable amount to make the adjustment - a straight time billing at a reasonable shop rate. A car guy, through and through. Excellent first impression, thank you!
  
  Second visit, with Victoria: an encyclopedic knowledge, and the understanding that money doesn't grow on trees, so the cheapest solution is attempted first. The waitlist for an appointment can be long, but for good reason.
