(November 15, 2018, 6:51 pm)I placed an order on Saturday evening and decided to cancel as it was not the item I wanted, sent an email right away, called many times but both numbers are not reachable. They replied later and apologized as they moved and had issues with the internet and phone connection. Should get a refund soon. Overall not a bad experience.
