I feel like a whole new person! I learned so much about my body after three babies, and ways in which I can slowly get back to myself. Jen is compassionate, incredibly knowledgable, and professional. Highly recommend!

Jenn is a wonderful teacher. Her classes are inspiring, challenging and precise. She draws on a wealth of knowledge to come up with creative teaching techniques and she consistently offers adjustments that address the most important alignment issues. I have come away from her classes with a much deeper understanding of my body's needs and the ability to tune in to that understanding on a physical level. I have worked out with Jen since 2010 and enjoyed the fittest, strongest period of my life with her - when I was doing class with Jen 3 X weekly, my bellybutton was close to my spine, and I could literally feel the strength of my core as I moved around in daily life. That’s a good feeling - physically, mentally, emotionally I benefitted from her knowledge, skill & experience. Grateful always, Jen, thank you.

I have taken classes with Jen for over six years and she has always been thoughtful, non-judgmental and SO knowledgeable. Thanks to her, I am much more aware of my alignment and her hands-on corrections have made a world of difference. I highly recommend her!!
