  Decent location - the computers and audio/visual staff are really friendly, one staff member who works the customer service desk is pretty rude but you can just talk to someone else if you want to get things done.

  Handy location, always tidy and good layout. Prefer them over Shoppers Drug Mart! There is a wait for the pharmacy usually but the pharmacists are very helpful and thorough. It's not hard to find floor staff to get help. Recently bought a computer here for a deal and computer staff are knowledgeable. Only request would be to add self checkout as there tends to be lineups to cashier.

  This review is for the store manager, Lorne, specifically. I made an online order for pick up at this location and there was a mix up in the store that resulted in me not getting the item. It was dissapointing as this meant I would not have it in time for Christmas. I talked to several customer service reps through email and phone to see how I could go about getting the item but they were not helpful at all and offered no recourse. If I was writing a review on that experience then I'd be giving ZERO stars. But thankfully I called in and spoke to Lorne (who wasn't there when I originally tried to pick up my item) and he helped find a solution I was happy with AND all before Christmas day. Thank you Lorne!

  Nothing out of the ordinary, prices seem steep but that’s just London drugs in general. Staff weren’t super helpful. If you know what you need you should be good. they have a decent selection of items
