(April 15, 2019, 11:22 pm)This place is absolutely fantastic. I walked in and there was several people in front of me but that wasn't an issue. Everyone quickly was helped. While i was waiting I noticed how friendly and patient the staff were with the customers. I had come in to change my address, walked out with my address changed and a huge savings. They called ICBC to see if I had ten years safe driving which i did so they changed my account over. They were extremely nice and very helpful. I will definitely be going here in the future.

They're incredibly helpful, fast, and seem to genuinely care about us as customers. I also appreciate that they've never been pushy and don't try to sell us unwanted services and always send polite reminder letters.
