I'm very appreciative of his pride in his work and the prompt communication throughout the process.

You can tell he loves bikes but he clearly has a passion for top level customer service as well. He has a very relaxed demeanour and is easy to discuss options with. My bike is in tip top shape. Customer for life. Thanks Jeff.

Im very happy with the service they've done to my bike and also im very happy with Jeff , very easy going person and responsible for what he says, i will always be going there from now on . He even gave me a ride at the sky train station when i dropped off my Vrscdx.

I've had regular service to the springer suspension and custom work on other parts of the bike done. Professional work done every time with attention to detail that is hard to find these days.
Black and Gold Motorcycle takes the time to listen to what you want done and do only what you want done. If Jeff finds something that needs to be addressed he phones you and explains the problem, the solution and cost before he does the work. Superior customer service.
