  Brought in my large LR carpet in April to the Rug Washing Plant at Aero Carpet in Burnaby - the staff were so friendly and helpful and my rug looks amazing like new ! So happy that I got a discount for bringing it in my self ! Highly recommend this company- the equipment they use is really high tech in the plant !

  Aero Carpet Services arrived on time and stayed longer to make my carpets look better than they have in years! I also had the opportunity to meet some of the staff at the office and what a great bunch of people! See you next year!

  I recently had two carpets cleaned with Aero Carpets. There was a problem with one of the carpets in the cleaning process, but it was addressed and responsibly and professionally dealt with. I'm more than satisfied by the result and by their customer service.

  I went on a saturday to pick up my rug . The lady who was working, told me there was no one in the ware house on saturday , to bring it to the office . She was so helpful I give her alone , 5 stars . I wish I asked her name . Awesome customer service ! Also my 4x6 rug looks great .
