I wrote them at the time and, though I did not receive an answer at the time and though, after several months not writing a response would have been completely understandable, Darian wrote me an email a few days ago, offered to refund the entire amount of the order I was not satisfied with and was completely gracious in all his correspondence. I have bought a lot of models from these guys, but now I will intend to buy any future models from them. Having someone you can trust is rare. Darian can be trusted. Very impressed.
