(September 26, 2022, 7:35 pm)Scott sent his tech Robert over to trouble shoot issues I was having with my rototiller and Robert had the issue figured out quickly. In an hour and a half, he fixed the main issue then cleaned the carburetor and made sure it was running good as well as giving me a couple tips to keep it running top notch.

(September 26, 2022, 5:17 pm)I contacted Scott as my lawnmower won't start. He assigned Robert to do the work. The problem seems a bit tricky than initially thought. Robert had to check up many parts of the lawnmower before fixed it. The lawnmower is working well now and they did not charge any extra for unexpected issues. Both Scott and Robert are very friendly and responsible in communicating with me. I certainly appreciate their professionalism.

He repaired my John Deere mower with efficiency and even suggested ways to prevent future problems.
I recommend Scott but there are times when his communication may be problematic due to his busy schedule. -

(June 30, 2022, 8:59 pm)I called Scott he was at my house in 20 minutes, diagnosed and described the issue and even had a spare cover replacement for my air filter which he only charged me $3 for. He had my lawnmower fixed and running within half an hour. He was friendly and polite and earned extra brownie points for putting up with my dog.
