The girl who works there was amazing. We were impressed by her multi-tasking skills. She was cooking multiple dishes while also engaging with the customers and having a really upbeat attitude, unlike some of the other people who were cooking and looking a bit lost on what to do... I assumed she was the owner because she was giving 110% effort so I asked her since this is a new location and just wanted to congratulate her on the business but it turns out she is an employee. She was great. -

(February 21, 2023, 4:28 am)I took my team to this location and we were all pleasantly surprised at how amazing the food was! Of course with this being a new restaurant and the hype of this location coming to Mission, the wait times were expected. However, the staff managed things very well. Everyone was very friendly and we felt very welcomed. Will be coming back soon!

Great Asian style fast food. Fresh and tasty and many vegetarian and vegan options.
When I ordered a vegan version of a bowl they went out of their way to even ask if gluten was a problem (it's not) as soy sauce has gluten. Well done for thinking of that!
I will add this as one of my regular lunch spots. -

The atmosphere was modern and casual, with friendly and welcoming staff who made the dining experience even more enjoyable. I tried the Pad Thai and it was one of the best I've ever had. The flavors were well-balanced and the noodles were cooked to perfection. I also appreciated that they were able to accommodate my dietary restrictions without any issues.
The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. I would definitely recommend Noodlebox to anyone looking for delicious Southeast Asian cuisine in the Mission area. Can't wait to go back and try more dishes!
