(June 13, 2016, 8:24 pm)All sorts of seating so it's definitely a nice place to come & enjoy a coffee, had a great view of the train trestle that crosses over the Fraser, there's an information board with history about the Mission floods & the sculptures that are within the park, if you so choose a short walk away is the Lighthouse cafe right at the end of the walkway of the park. Boats dock right on the water & there's a launch area as well, parking stalls right along the main road
