  I’ve worked in fitness for 20 years so I feel confident in my ability to recognize good practitioners and I just can’t say enough good things about my experience at health one. Jen is extremely knowledgeable and her physio skills are on point. Jen has made helped keep me feeling my best so I can continue crushing my spin classes!

  Excellent place! Staff are friendly and therapists are very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a lot of upper back pain and constant headaches due to a car accident. I am in the process of getting better with physio, and the treatments here are helping me so much. The pain and headaches are decreasing quite a bit now. Very happy with my progress.

  Had a silly accident at work, and managed to end up with a nasty spiral fracture of a finger (of all things). The surgeon sent me to Health One for physio, as it is close to home. Trevor was a slave driver, but knows his stuff. Between the ER doctor and therapy, I have far more movement in the hand than I had expected. The rest of the staff are all friendly and accommodating as well. So happy to have been sent there!

  Finding a new chiropractor or physiotherapist can be a chore, but when I switched to HealthOne I was comfortable and at ease from the first appointment. I appreciate that I feel like my concerns are being heard. I've had terrible back pain for years, but the IMS treatments and stim I receive at my appointments have helped to alleviate that pain immensely. Rather than receiving treatment and being rushed out the door my physiotherapist is always offering tips or walking me through new stretches to help me maintain my comfort. I am extremely grateful that I have these tools and ideas to help when I do start to feel pain between appointments. I would highly recommend HealthOne to anyone looking for professional and friendly therapists who really seem to care about their clients well being! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would :)
