(November 19, 2020, 6:35 pm)Excalibur did a great job. This was my first experience with the new owners. I just gotta say that the sharpening was impeccable. I have been grooming for over 30 years and have used every sharpener available to me. I will admit I was a bit hesitant to send shears as the reviews were mixed. I did send shears and sent shears that no other sharpener could sharpen. All shears were honed expertly and without flaws. Just goes to show that you can't always believe reviews you read on the internet. I will be sending more shears soon. The free delivery service to your local Mr. Pets makes my life more convenient. Thanks guys!

Things always arrive quick and well packaged. The prices are also great.

(June 6, 2020, 6:38 am)I can only speak of the online business. But I must say I am super impressed. They ship out items the day of order or at the latest the day after. Super fast. The prices and selection are amazing, beating Amazons prices for many of the speciality items. The selection is great too. I ordered nail grinder a couple months ago. And then placed another order recently. Really impressed.

(February 25, 2020, 9:14 pm)I’ve sharpened probably close to 200 items now with these sharpeners and I’ve always had my tools come back in much better shape then they went. I am guilty of blade abuse, but Excalibur has never charged me extra to care for my my awfully kept blades and shears. They always come back packaged very carefully, individually wrapped, and perfectly sharp.
This recent visit I had a special request to have my blades separated for shipping into sections for the different groomers they belonged to. Even though I have no doubt this took extra time and care, it was executed beautifully. I could not be more pleased.
They have also always been patient with my partner, who drops off my tools and knows nothing about grooming or tools. Well done Excalibur! Sad to see you move.
