This was our first renovation our family has done, so choosing a contractor was a little intimidating to start.
As soon as we met Wayne, we felt confident in him. He was very open, and honest about the process, and our budget.
Our renovation was to create a Legal, 2 bedroom suite in our basement, to provide an extra source of income for our family.
BuiltTru got this done for us. Throughout the course of this reno, Wayne and his team delivered a high quality job, they were very professional, and most importantly, they stayed on budget. They were also very helpful along the way, and took time to explain things to us throughly.
I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone. I will only use BuiltTru going forward. -

(September 5, 2016, 3:25 pm)So, my husband and I realized that we were way in over our heads with our floors. I called Builtru on Thursday evening, just before a long weekend and spoke with Wayne. Amazingly, he said that he had a spot open for the next day! I couldn't believe it! Wayne and 2 of his crew arrived the next morning, and within no time were working on our floors. They were so professional, helpful, and hardworking. The floors were done in no time! We are so happy and thankful of their work and care that they put into our home. And we are so glad we called Builtru. We now know who we can call the next time we have any work that needs to get done on our home. Thank you!
