Her small but beautiful studio in Hope, BC is super relaxing, complete with a comfortable massage table and heating pad for your back. No matter what your spiritual beliefs are, I describe this reiki experience as being similar to a meditation where you can calm a number of things like stress, anxiety, and even help to ease physical pain in the body. Larissa offers a non-judgemental space to be yourself; she is open to receiving whatever may come up for you during the session, and is there to support you throughout, however you may need.
