(November 3, 2020, 4:02 am)Staff is super friendly and will bend over backwards to help. Most of the main construction needs (wood, screws, nail, caulking, basic plumbing, etc) are always in stock but when looking for oddball stuff or tools, you will probably have to head into Chilliwack to find them (check valves, bathroom stalls, etc) as the store is a bit too small to carry everything.

(June 19, 2020, 12:45 am)This is a small town location, so you cannot have big expectations with respect to stock availability. So assume that you possibly might not find what you need, or there might not be enough of what you need.
Some of the staff are outstanding. Helpful, courteous and caring. The majority seem to be too busy with other things to concern themselves with assisting customers. If you need help, you have to go find somebody. They don't worry about you in the store. There seems to be adequate staffing, but I don't know what the employer expects of them. I would challenge any visitor to the store to extract a smile from anybody.
They're the only game in town, so no complaints. If somebody else opened up and followed the golden rule, this place would go down and out quickly.
