(May 18, 2019, 8:30 am)I have been here a handful of times, probably more than most. I would say if you have kids, go in the summer. If not, this is definitely aimed toward the older crowd. I appreciate so much of the fact they have adult-only time at night at the pool. Room service is good and worth it, but we are very fond of the surrounding restaurants. Definitely recommend the nearby hikes. Only reason I give 4 stars is because of the rooms. They are so outdated. Our lights kept flickering, bed is very uncomfortable, and the carpet needs a very deep clean.

(May 8, 2019, 7:54 pm)I was attending a workshop as a Presenter. The Banquet staff were helpful and would appear just when I needed them. Our group had breakfast, lunch and dinner, conference rooms with great Tech support and access to the hot springs. It is a great spot if you are planning a workshop. The participants were well fed, rested and relaxed so they were really engaged.

(April 29, 2019, 10:10 pm)The buildings consist of a few additions, but the older ones are clean and well maintained. The pool, view and grounds are nice and tidy. In my opinion, the pool and views are the selling point to staying here. Price is on the higher end, but it's worth the stay.
The west wing - lake side rooms are quiet, but can be a bit of a distance to the pool for those who drink.
A good sized coffee mug would be a good choice to bring if you like to enjoy a beverage while wading.
The west wing - pool side rooms can be loud, but the pool closes at 11pm, so they can be a good alternative if you don't plan on sleeping early. The west wing - first floor pool side rooms would be a great choice to be within 15ft of the pool. That way you can stumble back for a quick refill. -

(April 25, 2019, 6:46 pm)We were upgraded to the west tower on arrival and the room was very nice. We were on the top floor and had a pool view. Room was quiet except last night when a loud family was across the hall and coming and going all night. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was on the smaller side but had a nice shower with good pressure.
