(January 30, 2019, 6:38 pm)Wow! Never realized how out of shape I really was, until I went for a 'Foundation 1' class. Basically, lunges and push ups, as well as structuring your form for further workouts.
After my first class I couldn't even put my coat on the next day. Now that I've returned for more instruction and guidance, I'm getting more accustomed to the 'new' muscle use. And even tho my body feels 'worked', I'm left with a euphoric feeling and gladly anticipate my next visit.
Being open 24 hrs a day makes it easy to fit a workout in any day, at any time. A multitude of classes available every week at varying times, as well as intelligent, informed and motivated trainers on site most hours of the day. I just wish I'd have started this sooner. ???????????? -
