This became a long procedure as the landlord had some unrealistic expectations that did not work for us. Carson Davies worked on our behalf and was able to negociate a good deal for us. (January 27, 2022, 12:33 am)Almost a year ago my son died suddenly without a Will or Power of Attorney. Waterstone guided me through the complicated process of obtaining Administrative Authority from the Courts so I could sell his Condo and deal with his Estate. They provided a Trust Account for his funds, ensured all debtors were paid upon the Condo sale and handled all of the legal issues professionally and successfully. The whole process took 11 months. I sincerely appreciate all of the help, guidance and legal actions by Waterstone Law Group and am pleased to recommend their services.
