These are a few traits I learned about myself in the last few months that I had never thought of before.

Moreso.....

1. I am not compatible with everyone.
2. it is not always my fault.
3. Dont be so hard on yourself.
4. For so long you hear "failure is not an option" Yes, it is an option.
4. If you need help, ask for it. Gone is the stigma of being the strong male void of emotions. It is human nature to be emotional.

It was months of arguing with myself about myself, playing things over and over again in my head. Sleepless nights of replaying the same movie/sitcom over and over in my head just to have the same ending. It was all my fault, and I was the only one in this relationship that could fix it. This is obviously a fools errand.
I had silently been following Brandi on Instagram for quite some time and saw a post that hit home. I knew had to reach out and talk to someone, I couldnt keep arguing with myself about this anymore, so I did just that.
After a combination of emails and phone-calls and at home excercises into learning about myself, I was feeling better than I did in months.
I dont believe in the concept of "everything happens for a reason", but I was shown that you need to learn from your experiences.
Perhaps your partner has not reached the same stage in life as you have? Yes, this is not compatibility, it is not your fault.

Very excellent service, Brandi was very helpfull with me when i was going through my seperation, she was able to offer some great perspective on things and it really helped releif alot of stress in a very difficult time for myself
