(December 27, 2016, 1:07 pm)After I made a mistake with the delivery address, Canada Post was a little over zealous with returning the item to sender. The Ice 'N' Fire team were both understanding and extremely helpful in managing the process and making sure I did get the item I ordered before Christmas.
The candle was given as a gift, and was very well received. Great scent, and quality candle. Will definitely recommend them to others. -

He called the store and the guy we dealt with said to come in and they would check it. To my amazement they gave us a new ring with a higher appraisal price. Such a great customer experience, beautiful ring, and great smelling candle. Very happy!
