My phone had been infected with malware and Rock was able to remove the malware without losing any of my apps or photos. Will definitely go back for any other tech issues. Rock is knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the problem. The repair time frame given is accurate if he says it'll be done in an hour it'll be done in an hour sometimes sooner.

Great pricing and fast service. Rock Wu is very kind and helped me with repairing my Samsung galaxy S20. I would recommend calling Rock if you need a repair on your phone. He only uses Samsung authorized product for the repairs. Thanks again Rock!

Cheaper priced than the other places I was looking at, and due to shipping shortages at the time he even gave me a camera upgrade for the same price as the regular! Was fast at the camera repair as well.

Would highly recommend phone Master Rock!
The service is beyond excellent. Called in on a Friday evening and dropped off my iPhone and Rock was very accommodating! Especially finding someone would could fix a phone on a weekend was a bonus! His products are high quality and very reasonable priced! I will definitely be back for any phone related matter! Thank you!
