I always felt so accepted, not judged, just a caring person willing to share the weight of my suffering with a gentle guiding touch and sometimes a nudge. Someone who walks side by side me guiding me to uncover and deal with the obstacles on my path with compassion.

(April 21, 2023, 1:34 am)Robby has been a great help in my healing journey. From our first phone call she listened to what I had to say, set clear expectations and let me know the type of therapy she practices with her clients.
In our sessions she infuses Somatic therapy which has helped me be more aware of what the different sensations in my body are trying to tell me about my feelings, beliefs and emotions. She helps me be curious and open to listening to my body. I have become more aware of when my body is telling me if I’m stressed or triggered, or if an emotional/sensation feels safe or neutral.
Her approach to therapy has been instrumental in working through my PTSD symptoms without re-triggering me. I would highly recommend working with Robbie if you are someone who is looking for a whole-person, mind body approach VS. traditional talk therapy. -

In only a few sessions I’ve been able to make some noticeable progress - all due to her expert ability to strike the perfect balance between showing me the way, and giving me the tools to find my own way. Somatic therapy has been a new experience for me but with her kindness, guidance and ability to be firm when needed I have been able to confront the traumas I’ve carried most of my life. She has enabled me to look inward in a way I didn’t know was possible and I am grateful.
