As a subtrade that has worked closely with all the great owners and staff at countour I felt it necessary to say in ten years working along side them I have never witnessed any such treatment as mentioned in the above comment! Honestly in construction yes things can hppen especially during these troubled times and relying on subtrades can be difficult but Contour has always treated everyone from every major city project in the fraser valley to the single homeowner equally and would never leave a customer unsatisfied no matter what it took to fix the problem. I know that you can't make everyone 100% happy once there has been an issue occur but I feel confident as I write this even someone at Contour is working hard on rectifying this gentleman's issue!
