(July 8, 2021, 1:27 am)After 18 months of constant shoulder pain and loss of mobility I booked an appointment with Jeff. After my first appt I had decreased pain and increased mobility. Jeff treated me a total of four times and I am pain free with a complete range of motion now. Jeff is great at listening to concerns and I really appreciated the time he took to write out my home exercises so I didn’t forget. I had sought treatment elsewhere prior, but quit because it was so painful. Jeff’s treatment was painless and effective. The treatment room is very clean, well sanitized and has a great view of the golf course. I highly recommend Jeff.

(July 4, 2021, 12:19 am)I went to see Jeff because I was looking for a physio that was trained in Blood Flow Restriction training. I came in expecting to learn this training technique and to then continue on with my ACL rehab on my own. However, Jeff immediately was fully invested in my rehab through full body assessments, exercises, and various physio techniques like mobilizations and needling. Jeff takes the time to look at the body holistically and to figure out underlying reasons for injuries outside of the actual location of the injury. I would recommend seeing Jeff to anyone who wants to not only fix their injury, but to also fix the root cause of the problem.

Not only does the work he does on my back have an immediate impact with an increase in mobility and decrease in pain, but he also sent me home each session with a series of exercises and stretches to continue my progress at home. He has been instrumental in my golf game and I would (and have) recommended him to anyone that needs help.
