(August 21, 2018, 6:56 am)I built a new house 5 years ago and we installed Westeck windows and patio doors. Quality of the windows and patio doors is excellent and the owner of the house likes it. Recently, the lock of the patio door needs servicing. Michelle of Customer Support efficiently coordinates the servicing. I have a happy customer and so does Westeck. Great product and excellent service.
