(March 26, 2021, 8:10 pm)We have enjoyed our large Westeck installed sliding patio door/window for 9 years. Recently, the closing and locking handle got a bit “sticky” so Westeck sent Bernd and Xem out to check it for us. Within a few minutes they had done minimal adjustments, applied silicone spray to a few areas and the door was working perfectly again.
Such a treat to have prompt service and knowledgeable, friendly technicians pay a visit!
