(April 19, 2019, 7:33 pm)The food is very good but beware of the unpleasent 50 ish waitress. Slow, bad service with a large dose of attitude. Makes me feel as if I am imposing on her alone time. So I try to sit where she is not, may just have to stop going there.

We had the prime rib dinner buffet. The food was very nice. The service is non existent though. We were shown to our table, our waitress came by, asked if we wanted a menu or the buffet. She took our drink order and we never saw her again until she presented the bill. So, I got our own cutlery and cleared our table.
I might suggest a few "busboys" so that the waitresses can take orders and deliver food as half the patrons order the buffet. -

(December 6, 2018, 5:36 pm)The great thing about a restaurant in a casino, is that the casino has high profit margin. (The house always wins) That way they can afford to spent a bit extra on the chef and other kitchen staff. Thus making an excellent restaurant with amazing dishes at incredible prices. Taco Tuesday is all u can eat tacos for $12! Although, the short rib dinner is, by far, my favourite.
