Although there were some issues in the beginning, the team (Matthew McGee and Meghan Wood) listened to all of our feedback and have provided excellent service since! We have found the team at TeksMed to be knowledgeable, capable and responsive. The staff we deal with at TeksMed responds to our inquiries in a timely manner and demonstrates a commitment to quality service.
The case managers assigned to our account have proven to be reliable and informed.
We would recommend TeksMed to other organizations who need assistance with either their short-term disability claims, their workers’ compensation claims, or both. -

Over these years they have done an excellent job in monitoring and managing our employee’s return to work programs after being injured in the workplace.
Overall, we have been very happy with our decision many years ago to outsource our Work Safe claims management to TeksMed and would highly recommend them.
