Problem solved by Premium appliances by shipping within week Upright freezer and Washer and dryer. At the reasonable shipping charges and give free haul away service. Great service, surely to visit again for other appliances :)

Preet was awesome to deal with and gave me very competitive pricing so I decided to give them a shot for the fist time! Items were delivered today as promised fast friendly service from start to finish will use again and highly recommend!

Very polite and understanding of my appliance issue. Walked me through the process of choosing, purchasing, organizing delivery of the appliance. Followed up on the following day to check that everything was satisfactory. Definitively recommend this place!

Wow!!!! After a long day of appliance shopping we are so happy to have ended up here. The service was the best I have had in years!!! We drove out from Vancouver and were running a bit late. We called and they waited for us to arrive,
on a Saturday evening!!! I cannot remember the last time i have received service like that!!! The products they carry were great quality and priced fairly. I would and will recommend this place to everyone!!!

We heartily recommend Premium Appliances! We were well pleased with our purchase, plus their service, delivery and installation when we bought our 25 cu ft KitchenAid refrigerator from Premium Appliances in Chilliwack. The store owner served us himself and his demeanor was personable, courteous, professional, and respectful. He and his assistant delivered the refrigerator as promised and were exceptionally careful when moving it through doorways. Because of Covid-19 precautions, they wore gloves and masks, and changed gloves to touch the interior of the fridge. They competently handled the installation and connected the waterline for the icemaker, and willingly relocated our original refrigerator to the basement for us. We were glad to support this relatively new, local, family-owned business, and encourage others to do likewise.
