His professional opinions, sound advice and guidance helped us to properly address a few issues our condo had. He has these amazing equipments with which he told us how he could determine if there was any water or heat leakage within the condo where normally it would be impossible to see without breaking or tearing something open.

He was very thorough with more than 200 detailed photos of plugs, cupboard nicks, dozens and dozens of small things that I might need to address. I liked that important items were identified in red along with a recommendation as to how to address, items that would save money or maintenance at a later time were identified as a lesser priority. I liked that I had a clear plan of exactly what would be the priority items to address if I purchased the home. Fred was very engaging, helpful, and provided easy-to-understand explanations. He was a great help in deciding whether to pursue purchasing the home. Excellent service and value.
