The only time I was disappointed was when we were promised a specific vehicle and on the day of pickup it wasn't available, but the replacement worked just great. Will definitely go here again for vehicle rental!

I needed a ride home after dropping off my car (I live on a mountain) and most of the time there is no chance I am able to get a ride home. I can't even get pizza delivered lol But the great people at Hertz gave me a ride to my bank appointment and then home. Highly recommend!

(May 20, 2018, 5:53 am)The location is easy to find and gas a large lot for parking returns. I dropped a car here after flying into Vancouver, easy as pie. The drop was fast and efficient - and the staff very pleasant to deal with. The lady at the front was so pleasant and helpful, it was a great way to start my day. Will be back!!! Thank you Hertz!!
