(July 3, 2019, 7:13 am)Would highly recommend. We just boarded our dog for the first time at age 13 and Fairfield Kennels provided top notch service the whole way. Great communication and super accommodating staff. It was a busy long weekend but we were provided updates nonetheless. Our little guy came home happy and with an even better temperament than the days leading up to boarding.
Ours is a very anxious dog and we were quite nervous about the whole idea. Fairfield Kennels staff transformed this into a very positive experience overall. We felt like staff truly cared about our dog and debriefing revealed they actually knew quite a bit about his personality/behavioural tendencies after only a couple days.
Impressive service, easily 5-star+.
