I have never had any problems with the staff at this office if your in a bad mood and rude to them they do their best to not give it back to you and nicely ask you not to be rude we are all human and get frustrated but they are doing there job which is stressful for them and I’m glad I can talk to a person who can help me and not some robot who’s worse then seeing a person
Staff are extremely helpful and kind. Security always opens and holds the door for people, which is very beneficial when you have a stroller. The people complaining need to understand that this location doesn't control if you get your cheque, they're just doing their job. Anytime I ever did have an issue, it was resolved quite fast and efficiently.
